Automate downloads with a simple HTTP API. Parameters can be sent via GET or POST.

The API has moved to https://api.extmatrix.com/download. The old address https://www.extmatrix.org/v2/api/download still works for now but will be removed, so please update your scripts.

Get a direct download link

GET / POST/download

Premium only. Returns a plain-text direct link to the file, or an empty response if the key is invalid, the account is not Premium or the file does not exist.

Parameters

api_key
Your API key
file_id
The file ID from the download link, e.g. ABCD1234

Example request

https://api.extmatrix.com/download?api_key=YOUR_API_KEY&file_id=ABCD1234

Example response
